OPINION
CASSIBRY, District Judge:
Plaintiff, Caroline Fisher, a white woman, brought this suit against her former employer, Dillard University of New Orleans, Louisiana, a predominantly black university, claiming that she was a victim of racial discrimination. Plaintiff claims that during the two years that she was employed at Dillard, defendant paid her less than comparable teachers because of her race.
