Tbe appeal of tbe Heeds must be dismissed. It stands admitted that before tbe commencement of this action they deeded to tbe appellant Kerwin their entire inter■est in tbe lands in question. No personal judgment of any kind is rendered against them; hence it is apparent that they have no interest in the litigation, and are not aggrieved in ■any way by the judgment, and hence are not entitled to appeal therefrom.
