Appellant, as administratrix of the estate of Eleanora Baehus, deceased, brought suit against the appellee to recover damages sustained as the result of the death of her decedent, alleged to have been caused by the negligent driving and operation of an automobile by the appellee at the intersection of Main and Catherine Streets, in the town of Batesville, Indiana, on the evening of December 6, 1929, as said decedent was in the act of walking from the east to the west side of Main Street.
