This is an action for personal injury arising out of an automobile collision. The collision occurred on U. S. Highway 41, which is a four-lane highway running north and south. The point of collision was a short distance south of the interestion of U. S. 41 with U. S. Highway 6. Appellant (Gergely) was riding in an automobile driven by her husband. Immediately prior to the collision the Gergely car was traveling north on the left side of the east half of the highway next to the yellow line at the center of the highway.
