Primarily at issue in this challenge to the district court’s vacating most of an arbitration award, made pursuant to Texas law, is whether the court misapplied the required, very deferential standard of review. Law firms Campbell Harrison & Dagley, L.L.P. (CHD), and Calloway, Norris, Burdette & Weber, P.L.L.C.
