— Judgment unanimously reversed, on the law, with costs to defendants, and new trial granted. Memorandum: Defendants appeal from a judgment, following a jury trial, awarding plaintiff, an architectural and engineering firm, the balance of fees allegedly due on a contract for the renovation of the Auburn YMCA. Plaintiff computed its fees by multiplying the personnel costs of the project times a percentage.
