WHITSON, District Judge.

These 17 suits have been brought in reliance upon the provisions of Amendatory Act Feb. 6, 1901, c. 217, 31 Stat. 760. Plaintiffs were allotted lands on the Yakima Indian reservation, and trust patents were issued under the acts of Congress which provide for the taking of lands in severalty.
