In this appeal, we consider the contentions of defendant below-appellant, Joseph A.C. Webb (‘Webb”), that the Superior Court erred by: (i) improperly limiting access to his counsel, in an order overbroad under the circumstances, during an overnight recess while the defendant was on cross-examination as a witness in his own defense; (ii) denying admission of impeachment evidence of a criminal conviction of a State witness during defense counsel’s cross-examination of that witness; (iii) overruling objections to admission of purported hearsay evidence; (iv) refusing to…
