This action was brought by the plaintiffs, S. D. Safranko and Mary J. Safranko, to recover the reasonable market value of royalties to which they claim to be entitled under an oil and gas lease covering certain lands in Texas county. The trial court overruled defendant’s demurrer to the evidence and request for an instructed verdict, and from judgment on an adverse verdict of the jury, defendant appeals.
