Eileen Craig appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of M & O Agencies (dba The Mahoney Group), 1 Leon Byrd and Patricia Roberts (collectively “Appellees”) in her sexual harassment suit. Craig alleges that the repeated advances of her direct supervisor, Leon Byrd, and the company’s cursory investigation constituted an actionable claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., as well as various Arizona state laws.
