This appeal involves an action instituted by defendant in error, as plaintiff, against the plaintiff in error, as defendant, to recover damages, under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., for personal injuries plaintiff sustained on July 10, 1961, during the attempted transporting of a large Burrow crane on two of defendant’s flat cars coupled together.
