This is a suit for infringement of United States patent No. 1,432)151 to Ileymau Rosenberg. Claims 5, 6, 8, and 0 are in issue. The bill was dismissed on the ground that ihe claims were invalid. The complainants are Iieyman Rosenberg, the inventor and patentee, and Parker-Kalon Corporation, exclusive licensee under the patent.
