MARKEY, Chief Judge.
Chemical Engineering Corporation and John 0. McLean (collectively, CE) appeal from orders of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana: (1) granting summary judgment of non-infringement to Essef Industries, Inc., Willard Stutzman, et al. (collectively, Essef); and (2) awarding costs to Essef under Fed. R.CÍV.P. 37(c). We affirm.
