The plaintiff, Claude Duncan brought this action against Dickie Rector Lumber Company, allegedly composed, owned and operated by Wilbur (Dickie) Rector, and (Wilbur Dickie) Rector, seeking to recover damages for an injury allegedly sustained while working for defendants in or near Bear Creek, Scott County, Tennessee.
