MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Alicia R. Day, plaintiff pro se, brought the instant case, alleging employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. Specifically, plaintiff alleges that defendant discriminated against her based on her race when they terminated her employment. Defendant moves to dismiss the complaint, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
