Defendants in error, Charles H. Simmons, as trustee, the Chicago Title and Trust Company, as trustee, and D.L.M. Simmons, filed their bill in the superior court of Cook county against the Roseland Security Vault Company, the Kimbark State Bank and Ewald E. Muller, its receiver, to foreclose two trust deeds.
