After a bench trial, the trial court convicted David Lee Clement, Jr. of felony driving while intoxicated (DWI). See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 49.09(b) (West Supp. 2014). The trial court assessed his punishment at confinement for four years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Appellant asserts three issues on appeal.
