R. Y. Walker entered into a contract with the town of Buffalo to construct a waterworks system for the municipality. The Chicago Bridge & Iron Works furnished and installed a water tank for R. Y. Walker, in the course of the completion o£ the waterworks system. The contractor failed and refused to pay the company for the tank. The construction work was completed in May.
