Judy Chou Chiung-Yu Wang (“Wang”) appeals the district court’s dismissal of her claims against her former employer, Prudential Life Insurance Company and affiliated entities (collectively, “Prudential”), and several Prudential employees. On appeal, Wang argues that the district court erred by: (1) failing to convert the defendants’ motion to dismiss into a motion for summary judgment; (2) concluding that her claims are barred by the doctrine of res judicata; (3) dismissing several Prudential employees for lack of personal jurisdiction; (4) dismissing all of Wang’s state law…
