Glenn Gossett appeals from a final order entered in the *826district court for Lancaster county, in a habeas corpus proceeding instituted by him therein, which order determined that he was “not unlawfully imprisoned or deprived of his liberty by respondent,” Joseph O’Grady; denied his application for release; dismissed his petition; and discharged the writ of habeas corpus theretofore issued on his application therefor.
