An automobile collision occurred on Riverside avenue in Spokane, Washington, March 17, 1956, at approximately one o’clock in the morning. The plaintiff Will W. Bown, a guest passenger in one of the automobiles involved, brought this action against the defendant Frances M. Fleischauer, the driver of the other car, to recover damages for his personal injuries, loss of wages, and medical expenses.
