This is an appeal by Elward Ephran, plaintiff in the trial court (hereafter “plaintiff”), from a summary judgment against him and in favor of Hellena Evone Frazier, Independent Executrix of the Estate of Mary Lucille Hayes Cheatham, Deceased, defendant in the trial court (hereafter “defendant”). The case involves the question of whether two bank accounts were held by plaintiff in joint tenancy with the right of survivorship. We answer the question in the negative and affirm the trial court’s judgment.
