The first proposition presented by counsel in their brief is the alleged error of the court in overruling their motion to dismiss the cause for the reason that the district court had no jurisdiction of the subject-matter of the controversy between the plaintiff and defendants, and therefore said court had no jurisdiction to try the issue between the plaintiff and garnishees.
