Phea v. State
Texas Court of Appeals, 1st District (Houston)
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
GEORGE C. HANKS, JR. Justice.
A jury found appellant, Andre Phea, guilty of sexual assault of a child 1 and indecency -with a child by contact 2 and sentenced him to 10 years community supervision and a $10,000 fíne for each offense. In four points of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred in allowing improper demonstrative evidence, in submitting an improper criminal-episode charge, and in allowing an unduly prejudicial demonstration by the State. Appellant further argues that the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the verdict. We affirm.
