RICK STRANGE, Justice.

Brian Kieth Henricks 1 appeals from a guilty verdict for murder. We affirm.

Background Facts

Henricks lived with his mother Diane Marie MacBird and her husband Robert MacBird. They got into an altercation on the night of December 4, 2005. Henricks shot Robert four times, killing him. Robert also suffered from blunt force trauma to his head. Henricks and Diane took Robert’s body and dumped it in the nation al forest area, off Calvary Road in Montgomery County.
