BUA, District Judge.
Before the Court is a case involving claims under the Federal Truth In Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1631 and 1639 and Regulation Z, and certain common law claims allegedly arising from the same set of facts. Count I of the complaint of plaintiff Marcano sets forth a claim on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated against defendants Northwestern Chrysler-Plymouth Sales, Inc.
