Appeal from an order’ dissolving a writ of attachment.

The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant for the breach of a contract made by it with the plaintiff for the purchase of certain wines. The contract is set forth in the complaint, and certain breaches thereof on the part of the defendant are alleged by the plaintiff by reason of which he claims to have sustained damage to the amount of $8,782..
