Manuel Castillo and Juan Fernandez appeal from judgments of conviction entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Shirley Wohl Kram, Judge, following a jury trial. Appellants were each found guilty on all counts of a four-count indictment charging them with conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; distributing cocaine within 1,000 feet of an elementary school in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a), 841(b)(1)(C), and 845a(a); possessing cocaine with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of an elementary…
