On July 28, 2014, Luis Adrian Cortes-Ramos (“Plaintiff’) brought this action against Sony Corporation of America, Sony ATV Music Publishing LLC, Sony Music Holdings Inc. d/b/a Sony Music Entertainment, Sony Pictures Television Inc., Sony Music Brazil, and Sony Electronics Inc.
