On application for rehearing appellant contends that the court erred in holding that Peter Huntsman, the attorney in fact of Jacob Huntsman, had no authority to convey the premises in question for a nominal consideration, and that the court also erred in holding that the consideration expressed in the deed to Fanny Allen was merely nominal and that the transaction amounted only to a gift.
