This matter is before the Court on three motions. Defendants DCL Medical Laboratories LLC, Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (as successor of interest to DCL Medical Laboratories LLC) (collectively, "LabCorp"), and Cathy King (collectively "Defendants") have filed a Motion to Exclude Plaintiff's Expert (ECF No. 61) and a Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 63).
