Plaintiff alleged in his complaint that he was the owner of bonds totaling $2,000, executed by the defendants, Otto and Antonia Priebe, which were secured by a trust mortgage on certain real estate; and that the defendants defaulted in paying the principal and interest owing on the bonds at the maturity thereof.
