MINTON, Circuit Judge.
This is a suit by the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor, as administrator of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and pursu ant to Section 17 thereof, to enjoin the defendant-appellant, T. Buettner and Company, from the violation of Sections 15(a) (1), 15(a) (2) and 15(a) (5) of the Act. 29 U.S.C.A. § 215.
