rruceedlngs in error brought the record in these cases here to review judgments of the district court of Natrona County. The actions were instituted in that court by Thomas Boler and A. E. Schmitt, as plaintiffs, to recover for a fire loss under two policies of fire insurance, both issued relative to the same personal property.
