MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MARVIN E. ASPEN, District Judge:

Presently before us is a motion for summary judgment filed by Defendants Ryan Zima and the Village of Justice as to all claims brought by Plaintiff Yaser Dakhlallah. Defendants contend that Plaintiffs claims for false arrest, unreasonable search, trespass, and malicious prosecution should be dismissed, as well as Plaintiffs request for punitive damages. For the reasons discussed below, we grant Defendants’ motion for summary judgment in its entirety.
