MEMORANDUM *

Willie Brock (“Brock”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment *711for Lucky Stores (“Lucky”) on each of Brock’s claims arising from the termination of his employment by Lucky. Brock alleges that his employment conditions and termination evidenced unlawful discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (“ § 1981”), the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), California's Fair Housing and Employment Act (“FEHA”), and California’s public policy.
