OVERVIEW
Gary and Carol Wallis appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment dismissing Wallis’ claims for retaliatory discharge under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq., and various state law claims. 1 We affirm.
