Fox, Judge:

This suit, instituted in the Circuit Court of Harrison. County, seeks to annul a marriage on the grounds of alleged fraud in its procurement on the part of the defendant wife. In substance, the fraud alleged by the plaintiff, husband, in his bill, is that the defendant, at the time of the marriage ceremony, entered into the same with the intent and purpose not to fully consummate the marriage by engaging in normal sexual intercourse with the husband, and that she carried out such intent and purpose and refused to engage in or permit such intercourse over a period of six and a half…
