OPINION

BAILEY, Judge.

Case Summary

In this interlocutory appeal, Wind Dance Farm, Inc. (“Wind Dance”) challenges the denial of its motion to dismiss a mechanic’s lien foreclosure suit filed by Hughes Supply, Inc. (“Hughes”). We affirm.

Issue

The question raised is whether Wind Dance provided sufficient statutory notice requiring Hughes to commence suit within thirty days, rendering thé present foreclosure suit untimely and the mechanic’s lien null and void.
