OPINION

GARRARD, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The City of Elkhart, Indiana, and Mari-beth Hicks, City Controller (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “City”) 1 appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Agenda: Open Government, Inc. (“Agenda”) on Agenda’s complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief. Agenda’s complaint alleged that the City improperly denied Agenda access to City records which are open to public inspection pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-3-3. Agenda sought an order compelling the City to disclose the requested records.

We affirm.
