Great American Federal Savings & Loan Ass'n v. Grivas

Plaintiff brought an eviction action (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 110, par. 9 — 101 et seq.) to recover possession of restaurant premises occupied by defendant. Defendant filed a three-count counterclaim seeking reformation of the written lease, specific performance, and money damages resulting from fraud and deceit.
