This case is before us on a reserved constitutional question pursuant to § 3-5501, Wyoming Compiled Statutes, 1945.

On October 30, 1956, the plaintiffs commenced an action in the District Court of Albany County, Wyoming, to enjoin the Board of County Commissioners of said county and the individual members thereof from issuing the so-called recreational facilities bonds, alleging the illegality of those bonds.
