Judith Goren initiated this action against ten defendants: New Vision International, Inc. (“New Vision”), Benson Boreyko, Jason Boreyko, Ben Boreyko, Karen Boreyko and Lynne Boreyko (collectively, “the Borey-kos”), Dr. Joel Wallach, Kelly Enterprise (“Kelly”), October Dynamics (“October”) and Direct Marketing Services (“Direct”).
