CLARK, Circuit Judge:

Annette Cecelia Alexander appeals from her conviction on two counts of possession of stolen mail matter in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708. In this appeal she raises two issues: (1) whether the retrospective application of Rule 704(b) of the Federal Rules of Evidence violates the ex post facto clause of the Constitution; and (2) whether the 1984 amendment to Fed.R.Evid. 704 violates the equal protection clause of the Constitution. We affirm.
