The only issue here raised is the amount to which an injured employee is entitled as reimbursement from his employer’s subrogated compensation carrier for attorney’s fees paid as a result of the employee’s instituting a third-párty action.
Relator, Russell M. Quarberg, was injured in the course of his employment and received compensation from respondent Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company in the sum of ¡ $9,475.37: Thereafter relator brought a common-law action against a third party to recover damages for the same injuries.
