The plaintiff, the town of Conway, brought this action for a mandatory injunction to compel the defendant the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company to cease op-' elating its trains along Main street in the town, from Second avenue to a point between Fifth and Sixth avenues, whore the track leaves the street, and to remove its traek from the street between the points named.
