Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation, a self-insured employer, appeals the trial court's judgment affirming the award of time loss compensation to a former employee injured while in the course of employment. Kaiser contends (1) the former employee was not *292entitled to time loss compensation benefits during the period in dispute; he was collecting retirement benefits at the time, and (2) the court erred in awarding the former employee attorney fees. We reverse.
