MR, JUSTICE ANGSTMAN:

Claimant sustained injuries on July 10, 1952, arising out of *218and in the course of his employment with the defendant, Arthur L. Stuart, doing business as Bozeman Electric Company. He presented a claim to the industrial accident board for workmen’s compensation. After hearing the board ruled that claimant’s injury produced permanent disability and fixed the compensation at $27.50 a week for not to exceed 37 weeks.
