This matter is before the court on cross-motions for summary judgment by plaintiff Millenium Lumber Distribution, Ltd. (“Millenium”), and defendant United States (“Government”) pursuant to USCIT R. 56. Millenium challenges the classification for tariff purposes of its imported merchandise.
