This action was brought to recover from the defendant the sum of $515.70, the aggregate of insurance premiums on plaintiff’s life, alleged to have been paid without consideration and by mistake, from June 30, 1914, to May 1, 1921, together with interest. Two causes of action are stated: The first for premiums paid from June 30, 1914, to April 1, 1921, together with interest thereon; and the second for the sum of $10.45, paid in April, 1921, with interest from May 1, 1921.
